Meet our Intern - Morgane

Briefly describe yourself and where you're from, what you do/role/study etc

My name is Morgane, I’m 21 and I was born in Canada, but I’ve been living in France since I was 2. In France, I study Finance at the Graduate School of Management. I also have a student job in a student bar, where I really enjoy working. I’m now doing an internship at Forecast for 3 months.

What would I be doing if I wasn’t at Forecast?

If I wasn’t at Forecast, I would be in another company doing an internship to complete my degree in some foreign country.

What one word describes my childhood?

How do I wind down after work?

After work, I like to hang out with my friends and family, watch series, or do sports.

If I was to tell one person “Thank you” for helping me become the person I am today, who would it be and why?

I would say thank you to my parents, because they have always pushed me to do my best in everything I did. They taught me to be independent, strong-minded and hard-working.

What movie or fictional character do I most identify with?

I don’t really identify to any character although I watch a lot of movies and series.

What's the thing I enjoy doing the most?

I enjoy discovering new things: new people, new languages, new countries, new activities. And also I like to set myself new challenges, and experience things I never thought I would do, like skydiving.

If you really knew me, you'd know _____.

If you really knew me you’d know that I can be very outgoing even if I can seem very shy at first sight.

If I were to start a company from scratch, what values would I build it on?

The values would be respect, goodwill, and open-mindedness.

What's the number one thing I want to achieve in life?

I want to succeed in living without having any regrets.

What characteristic do I most admire in others?

Honesty and goodwill.

What superpower would I like to have?

I would like to be able to travel time, so that I would be able to go back in time and fix bad things, or live great moments again and again.

What’s the most important lesson I’ve learned in the last year?

I think the most important lesson I’ve learned in the last year is that you have to overcome your fears and go beyond your limits because it can provide you great things that you hadn't expected.

How do I act when I'm stressed out?

When I’m stressed out I’m kind of obsessed with the thing that stresses me out, so I can’t really think about anything else. So I sometimes become unproductive.

Sports or other activities?

I like biking now that I’m in Copenhagen! But my favorite sport is volleyball, even if since last year I don’t have time to practice. Otherwise, I really like reading.
