Forecast Service Interruption

This morning (Jan. 2nd 2015) at 08:44 CET our hosting provider Softlayer encountered a backend network error in one of their data centers. This means that access to may be limited in certain regions.

Our engineers are working with Softlayer network engineers to resolve the issue as fast as possible.

This post will be updated with news as soon as everything is back online.

Update (Jan. 2nd 2015 at 13:47 CET) and Softlayer engineers have now resolved parts of the issue and service interruptions should be resolved. It was a hardware failure in the Master Backend Router (MBR) and the failover had not properly taken over as master.

However we are still not fully operational, so outages might still occur as our engineers are hardening the environments.

Update (Jan. 2nd 2015 at 17:38 CET)

All systems and environments are now fully operational. We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused and have taken measures to ensure this will not happen again.
