Introducing the All New People SectionFeatures & Updates
We are making Forecast faster and easier to use for you, your team members, and future colleagues. We redesigned the navigation to be much simpler, updated the Home screen and created an all new People section with highly requested performance stats and scheduling.
New simple and fast navigation
You now have a new and simpler main navigation that lets you jump quickly between Projects, People and Business Insights depending what you want to do in Forecast. This replaces the old side and top navigation that was getting too cramped and overly complicated. The new navigation is much more logical and has room for upcoming features. Most importantly though, it ensures you can get to your content with as few clicks as possible.

All new people section
Whether you are a team member working on multiple projects or a PM who want to help your team do their best work, we think you will love the new People section in Forecast.
As a team member you will be able to track you own progress and see how your work is affecting the project and how time is spent.
If you are a project manager, you get an excellent overview of all team members, how much time they have for new tasks and how far along everyone are with their current work items.
Click on a team member and you now see a detailed breakdown of their projects, performance stats, work items and more.
Project managers see everyone's data. Team members only see their own individual data.
Updated home screen
The updated Home screen removes a lot of the clutter and puts more focus on the projects. We're constantly trying evaluating what information should be on the Home screen, and we think we're getting close. If you have feedback on this matter, we would love to hear from you.The Home screen is the first thing you see when you log in to Forecast. It should provide you with a clear overview of your projects and task and alert you of stuff that needs your attention.
All changes are live in Forecast now.
As always, we're very receptive to feedback, so if you have any comments or suggestions, please let us know.
