UPDATE - 12:44 CEST
At 12:35 CEST today all networking issues were resolved and all Forecast services brought back online.
Today at 10:57 CEST our hosting provider IBM Softlayer suffered network connectivity issues.
This means that all Forecast app services are currently down. The engineering team is working at full capacity to help IBM resolve these issues.
We'll update this information on a ongoing basis as the engineers work on resolving the issues.

Please accept our apologies for the trouble you are facing. Our Amsterdam (AMS01) location is currently facing network issues that are impacting connectivity to the public network. Our Network Engineers are working now to identify the cause and restore access to the network. We will keep you posted on the matter and update you once we have any new information.
